The annual Bishop's BBQ at Summer Madness, was a great success, feeding most of the very hungry young people on site and extending a warm welcome and burger to all.
Each year Bishop Harold hosts the Saturday tea time BBQ for all the young people of Down and Dromore Diocese (and adopted D&D's for the day).
Not only did we have our own Bishop Harold, but also the newly appointed suffragan Bishop of the Arctic, Rt Revd Darren McCartney.
Through the smoke and the drizzle 400 burgers and 300 sausages were cooked to perfection, well aside from the odd charcoaled one!
It was great to see the young people of our diocese come together and catch up with one another over food.
